Some settings in my.fotopic.net use requested popup windows, and some simple popup-blockers prevent this.

You should alter your settings to allow 'requested' popup windows, or popup windows which originate from the same domain name.

Windows XP SP2 by default blocks popup windows. To change this to allow Fotopic windows:

1. Go to your Control Panel.
2. Click on 'Internet Properties'.
3. Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
4. Under 'Pop-up Blocker', if the 'Block pop-ups' box is unchecked, you've not got the XP one active (perhaps you have Norton active instead?).
5. If it's checked, click 'Settings'.
6. Add in '*.fotopic.net' as an address to allow, and click 'Add'.
7. You're done!
